Description

Are you passionate about aviation and eager to ensure the reliability and compliance of aircraft? Aurigny Air Services is seeking a dedicated Technical Services Engineer to join our team in Guernsey. This full-time role is essential in supporting our fleet and maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with UK CAA Part CAMO regulation requirements.
  • Monitor Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) performance through reliability reporting and data analysis.
  • Prepare and issue engineering orders, work cards, instructions, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to the Part 145 Maintenance Organisation, liaising with regulatory authorities, aircraft, and component OEMs.
  • Participate in work scope preparation and perform assessments of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
  • Monitor and control non-mandatory modifications, repairs, damage charts, and repair files.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and investigations of safety and occurrence reports.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and instructions for CAMO functions.
  • Produce and present fleet aircraft reliability reports.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent, or Part 66 license.

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Proactive with the ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory training (Part M (Part CAMO), Part 145, SMS) and mandatory training (Human Factors, EWIS, ETOPS, FTS) will be provided.
