Chief Operations Officer (COO) – Driving Operational Excellence at Aurigny
Aurigny is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee and lead our airline's day-to-day operational performance. Based in Guernsey, this key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that our flight and ground operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with aviation regulations. The COO will also drive continuous improvement in our service delivery, ensuring we provide a reliable and seamless experience for all our passengers.
As the Accountable Manager for our Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC), you will work closely with our teams to manage critical aspects such as fleet performance, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be a key part of our senior leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of the airline and ensuring operational resilience in a dynamic and highly regulated industry.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a strategic leader with extensive experience in the aviation industry. You will bring a deep understanding of both flight and ground operations, regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage complex logistics in a fast-paced environment.
