HRIS and Insight Officer 

Location:  Redhill, Surrey 

Hybrid working – 35 hours per week, minimum 2 days working from the office.

 What You’ll Do 

As the HRIS and Insights Officer, you will be the technical expert and strategic partner for our HR team. Your role will include: 

  • HRIS Management: Oversee and maintain our HRIS (Healthbox HR), ensuring data integrity, system upgrades, and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with HR colleagues to optimise workflows and improve user experience. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse HR data and provide insights that support decision-making. You'll create and maintain dashboards and generate reports on key HR metrics. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements. You'll be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations. 
  • Employee Experience: Ensure that the HRIS and related systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of employees and managers. You'll provide training and support to ensure everyone gets the most out of our tools. 
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that our HRIS complies with all relevant data protection regulations and internal policies. You'll manage access controls and audit HRIS activities regularly. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Technical Expertise: Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Healthbox HR, Breathe HR, CoreHR, iTrent) and strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights. 
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. 
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in HR with excellent HRIS skills or a related field. 

This role will require an Enhanced DBS with barred list (adults and children).

Salary:  £32,500 - £34,500

Annual leave: 5 weeks per annum plus bank holidays. (Pro-rata for part time). The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.
