Are you a CAA Part-145 certified A, B1 or B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer?

Aurigny — one of the longest-established regional airlines in the world — is looking for dedicated, hands-on engineers to help keep our fleet flying safely and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic line and base maintenance environment, ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of our ATR 72 and DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ATR 72 and DHC-6 aircraft to CAA Part-145 standards.

  • Certify aircraft maintenance within your company authorisations.

  • Troubleshoot and repair technical defects efficiently to keep the fleet operational.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation with full traceability.

  • Mentor unlicensed engineers and apprentices, promoting high safety and quality standards.

  • Work closely with Part M, Technical Records, and Logistics to ensure seamless maintenance planning.

  • Support AOG recovery, towing, and hangar operations when required.

  • Uphold all health, safety, and environmental policies in every task performed.


🧰 What We’re Looking For

  • Valid UK CAA A, B1.1 (Turboprop/Jet), or B2 Licence.

  • Type rating on ATR 72-212A (600) and/or DHC-6 (training available for suitable candidates).

  • Strong fault-finding, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
