We’re not just an ordinary care home – we’re a vibrant, welcoming community nestled in the stunning Perthshire countryside, surrounded by trees, hills, and fresh air. If you’re looking for more than a job – a place where your work truly makes a difference – Corbenic is the place for you.

As part of our care home, we also run a Day Service, providing meaningful, engaging activities and support for adults with learning disabilities. Working in our Day Service means helping participants learn new skills, take part in workshops, and enjoy social and creative experiences in a safe, nurturing environment.

Why Corbenic?

  • Be part of a caring, values-driven community where every team member is valued and supported.

  • Work directly with day participants, building meaningful connections and helping people thrive.

  • Deliver a wide range of activities: workshops, creative projects, outdoor adventures, social events, and more.

  • No experience? No problem! We welcome anyone with the right values, compassion, and enthusiasm.

The Role – Full-Time Day Service Support Worker

  • 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday.

  • Work alongside the Day Service Leader to provide person-centred support.

  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging programs of activities, both indoors and outdoors.

  • Support participants’ wellbeing, safety, and independence throughout the day.

  • Help maintain accurate records, including support plans, risk assessments, behaviour charts, and outcome-focused reports.

  • Participate in community events and festivals, sharing life and activities with the wider Corbenic family.

  • Work towards achieving your SVQ3 (funded by us!) and SSSC registration requirements.
