The Role – Full-Time House Coordinator
Full-time, permanent | 37.5 hours per week | £31,122 per annum

Overall responsibility for the household, ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for residents.

Lead, supervise, and support residential staff and volunteers, including appraisals, training, rotas, and development.

Oversee care planning, risk assessments, medication management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

Manage household and resident finances in line with policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with residents, families, guardians, social workers, and internal teams.

Participate in shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, while balancing administrative and compliance responsibilities.

Promote Camphill Home Making, creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy meaningful daily routines.

Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning disability care
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role
-
Relevant qualification (SVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this
-
SSSC registration
-
PVG membership
-
Full manual driving licence
