Role Purpose 

Work in a team of engineers responsible for developing engineering solutions and concepts for a wide variety of projects including heavy lift and transport operations. 

Role Accountabilities 

*        Technical Design & Solutions – Assist and/or develop engineering solutions to support sales and tendering activities.

*        Engineering Calculations - Develop and apply structural calculations to evaluate, select and test operations/solutions.

*        Engineering Documentation – Ensure engineering documentation is completed to high standard (for example, method statements, risk assessments, stability calculations, route surveys and CAD designs all completed and stored correctly).

*        Engineering Collaboration - Apply problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking to engineer compliant solutions to meet the client’s requirements. As required collaborate with relevant Project Manager(s) to support internal and external customers including face-to-face interaction with clients on site. Where possible take an innovative and collaborative approach to engineering work.

Other Role Responsibilities 

*      Travel in the UK and abroad where required by the company.

Support projects where required through presence on site.
