Introduction: Grace Eyre is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support and complete the regular administrator tasks across various teams within the day services and projects within Active Lives; in particularly the Employment Teams. The various tasks involved in this role include: • Update and create promotional material. • Create, monitor, and update spreadsheets. • Liaise with staff concerning shifts availability and accurate reporting of work done. • Uploading evidence onto online portals, e.g. with ASDAN • Updating the SalesForce system – our online CRM database system. • Minute taking • Developing resources and correlate reports for various funders. • Other admin duties that will help develop, promote, and monitor the services within Grace Eyre
You will work closely with the Active Lives Management team and receive a full induction and regular support.
Brief outline of the role: Excellent organizational and communication skills are key to this role, e.g. you will be communicating with colleagues, people we support, families, carers and partners. Being open to learning and improving ways of working is important, e.g. we will be using a new CRM system in 2025 called ‘Nourish’. Good IT skills and being confident in using Microsoft Office are essential elements of this role.
Experience of working with people with learning disabilities would also be an advantage but not essential. This role is part time and could be worked flexibly.
