HR Services Admin Volunteer
Location: Crimple House, Hornbeam Park, Harrogate.
Hours: Various (6 to 8 hours per week)
Closing date: Sunday 16th February 2025

The HR Services team provide transactional support to our staff and volunteers from recruitment to leaving us and the journey in between!
The role will involve supporting a variety of HR admin tasks. Working alongside the HR Services Administrators, this role will include tasks such as inputting HR information into a database, sending out new starters information to volunteers, creating letters from templates, copying and saving documents to HR folders, and other HR related admin tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- A volunteer who has previous administration experience or is keen to gain experience in an HR environment.
- A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Email.
- You will be methodical, have great attention to detail and able to demonstrate exemplary levels of confidentiality

- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a volunteer interview.
- If you are successful at interview, we will ask you to complete training via our online system training platform.
- We will complete a DBS check and ask you to provide some information before you begin volunteering.
- Once these steps are completed we will agree your start date.
