Hours: 37.5 hours (5 days over a 7 day rota)
Salary: £26,458.99

About the role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Hospice & Client Service team, ensuring the provision of high-quality service to patients, their families and other professionals involved in their care. You will be working within a strong team of administrators as well as multiple professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to the patients and clients that we serve.
The successful applicant will be joining a friendly team of administrators who play a key role in delivering exceptional care to patients, clients and family members. Duties include coordinating multiple service inbox's, Arranging appointments for patients and clients, Updating service databases, Processing incoming referrals and liaising with professionals, patients, clients and family members over the phone. Please note, our team work 5 days over 7 including weekends and bank holiday's.
Applicants may have experience in customer service settings or have a clinical or a client service background. This role would suit anyone who is motivated by providing excellent customer, patient or client service and enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same.
