Join the Ategi Team as a Shared Lives Co-ordinator [part time]
Based in Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd
Salary: £27,733 FTE [Pro-rata part time hours] per annum

Job details:
- Part time (22 hours per week) – 3 days per week
- Flexible working options, including Hybrid Working.
- Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards completing level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
Ategi is a not-for-profit organisation operating Shared Lives Schemes across the south of England and South Wales, enabling people to live as independently as possible by providing personalised, community-based, person-centred care, making a real difference in people’s lives.
The successful candidate will have excellent administration & communication skills, while being confident to develop positive work relationships with a wide range of individuals, groups and stakeholders.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, to co-ordinate, monitor and assist our shared lives carers who support individuals that have a variety of long term conditions. As a shared lives co-ordinator, you will work closely with shared lives carers to provide support and guidance, monitor service delivery standards and ensure that the carer works in line with relevant codes of practice and other relevant legislation.
