The role 

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in Capital Markets to drive the execution of our Product roadmap. 

 

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of our product, utilizing our resources to ensure our product is delivered on time, is robust and error free, highly usable, and achieves its objective of driving efficiency for our clients, and ultimately the evolution of private capital markets. You will bring the customer into our organization - considering the customer at every stage of product development and delivery.  

  

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Manager with a focus on defining product strategy and efficient execution, who'll bring passion, enthusiasm, energy and integrity into the role. You'll have worked on great innovative products and successfully driven teams to deliver outstanding product.  

 

This role is based in the UK.  We are primarily a remote working organisation, however occasional travel to London may be required.

What you’ll do 

  • Create unique products within Capital Market to better serve the fund-raising life cycle across multiple asset classes. 
  • Lead a product squad of product design and engineers to deliver on our product strategy at pace 
  • Create and own a roadmap to deliver excellent solutions to our clients 
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products. 
  • Create KPIs and OKRs and work towards achieving them with your squad. 
  • Serve as a mentor for other Product Managers 
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements for the infrastructure environment 
  • Conduct in-depth SQL analysis to understand key client insights across the products 
  • Collaboration with Architecture, Product Designers, Engineers, QA and Customer Success to ensure delivery 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products. 

 

You 

  • Extensive experience in Product Management with proven experience launching B2B products from scratch and scaling them 
  • Deep knowledge in Capital Markets within Product having worked with: Venture Capital, Asset Managers, Banks, Stock Exchanges or Family Offices 
  • Strong product management understanding, analytical, and prioritization skills 
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to drive a direct and indirect team to execute product strategy 
  • Technically versed having managed or worked closely with engineering teams and familiar with fundamentals of software architecture and agile methods 
  • Strong SQL skills to perform analysis 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably with experience working in a FinTech
