About this role

Our Research and Analytics team is looking for a Research & Analytics Manager to lead media analysis projects for clients, providing quality data analysis and excellent client consultancy.

Joining as part of Citypress' Research & Analytics team, this busy team handles reporting, measurement and evaluation for clients across our portfolio and was recently named Team of the Year by the Global Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communications (AMEC).

We are ideally looking for people who have experience of media analysis, client consultancy and forming insights to shape strategy. Above all, you will have a focus on delivering findings that are relevant, insightful and offer actionable outtakes for clients.

You will work with an experienced team of people that have a diverse range of specialist skills from research to PR and social media strategy- giving you fantastic learning and development opportunities. You will also be able to use your experience to support and develop junior colleagues and develop our analytics offering with the wider agency and clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Delivering client measurement programmes and projects

• Providing client counsel on evaluation, measurement and reporting across different programmes

• Overseeing the monitoring of media and digital channels for clients as needed, providing timely and accurate updates to account leads

• Turning analysis into insights, and delivering compelling conclusions and recommendations

• Acting as the main point of contact for account, social and research teams

• Playing a role in ensuring all deadlines and client KPI's are met

• Supporting junior members of the team, developing their skills

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Experience in handing complex client data and identifying actionable insights

• Understanding of data integrity and best practice

• Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver a project to budget

• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate findings in a way that is relevant and clear

• Organisational, planning and client management skills

• Ability to prioritise workload and support less experienced colleagues

• Ability to think critically, creatively and to demonstrate good judgement

• A good work ethic, flexibility and enthusiasm to deliver work and results of a consistently high standard

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including dynamic formula construction, nested formulas and VLOOKUP) and other Office products (Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
