Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator – Talent Attraction & Compliance Focus
Full-time | On-site | Upper Dargle Road, Bray, Co Wicklow
We are recruiting a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for allocated regions.
This role sits at a key operational level and combines talent attraction, recruitment delivery and onboarding compliance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the people-facing and process-driven sides of recruitment.
You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to managers, ensuring high-quality hires, a positive candidate experience and full compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated regions
- Deliver creative recruitment campaigns and proactive sourcing (social, referrals, events, partnerships)
- Screen applications and conduct phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and partner closely with Crèche and Regional Managers
- Visit crèches regularly to understand staffing needs and culture
- Issue contracts and manage onboarding documentation
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain fully compliant staff files and audit-ready records
- Track recruitment activity, reporting and process improvements

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or onboarding (childcare or regulated sector desirable)
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and documentation standards
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-focused
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable managing regional responsibility
- Ability to balance high-volume recruitment with compliance accuracy
