Description

Job purpose:  To support people of all ages and abilities to exercise safely and effectively in the YMCA Inclusive Fitness Gym, to design personal exercise programmes, carry out inductions and contribute to the smooth running of the fitness facilities.

Hours of work:  30 Hours per week working across a rolling shift pattern.

Location: YMCA Sports & Community Centre, Princes Road, Redhill, RH1 6JJ

Salary: £19,266 per annum

Annual leave: 5 weeks per annum plus bank holidays. (Pro-rata for part time). The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.

Benefits: The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA East Surrey fitness centre in Redhill and half price YMCA childcare for dependents. There is free parking available at all YMCA ES sites and YMCA East Surrey also operates a Bike to Work Scheme. There is a YMCA East Surrey defined contribution pension scheme.
