🚨 We're Hiring: Ramp Agent (Zero Hours Contract)✈️

🔧 What You'll Do:

As a Ramp Agent from the moment an aircraft approaches the stand to the second it pushes back for takeoff, you’re part of the action. Your role will include:

🚦 Preparing for aircraft arrival – stand checks, vehicle inspections, and safety gear ready to go
✈️ Assisting with aircraft shutdown, offloading baggage, and handling passengers with care
📦 Coordinating safe and efficient baggage and cargo loading
👨‍✈️ Supporting the flight crew during pushback with headset operations
❄️ Applying de-icing fluids with precision during winter operations
🕒 Helping to maintain OTP – On Time Performance – every time

You’ll be working closely with the Dispatcher, Ramp Supervisor, and Duty Manager to make sure every aircraft turns around safely and efficiently. In this role, every second counts, and every detail matters.

We’re after team players who stay calm under pressure and aren’t afraid to get stuck in. You’ll need:

Great communication skills and fluency in English
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Confidence working at height and operating Hi-lift equipment
A flexible approach to working hours – including early mornings and wintery days
The drive to meet deadlines and handle high-pressure situations with ease
