Join our Volunteer Services team at North Yorkshire Hospice Care and make a difference in people's lives!

We're looking for a Volunteer Services Admin Volunteer to provide crucial administrative support to our volunteer services department. This role is based at Crimple House, Hornbeam Park, Harrogate and requires 4-8 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:
Working independently and with support from our Volunteer Services Administrator, you'll help with various administrative tasks including:
• Inputting volunteer information into databases
• Sending out information to new volunteer starters
• Creating letters from templates
• Managing volunteer documentation
• Other related administrative tasks

What we're looking for:
• Previous administration experience
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email
• Methodical approach with great attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate exemplary levels of confidentiality
