The Role: Chartered Building Surveyor

You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of core building surveying services, including:

•            Technical due diligence (TDD)

•            Contract administration

•            Dilapidations & lease advisory

•            Defect analysis & building pathology

•            Planned maintenance programmes

•            Building reinstatement cost assessments

We work across multiple sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, and residential portfolios. You will liaise directly with high-profile clients, manage your own instructions, and work collaboratively across offices and service lines.
