We are looking for Creche Managers and Assistant Managers to join our team. These leadership roles offer the opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and Little Harvard policies
• Support, lead, and develop your team through training and performance management
• Build strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children
• Manage administrative tasks, including database and software systems
• Promote diversity and ensure excellence in early childhood education
• Safeguard the well-being and protection of all children in your care

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (or equivalent DCYA-approved qualification)
• Strong understanding of TUSLA regulations and childcare compliance
• FAR certified, with knowledge of HACCP and NCS preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience with Better Start/AIM programs (preferred)
• Strong IT skills and ability to manage online systems
• Ability to collaborate with other managers, HR, and senior leadership
