Description

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Bereavement Administrator to join the Community Bereavement Service and Emotional Support Team on a 6-month, fixed-term contract.

The post holder will provide administrative support for the Community Bereavement Service and Emotional Support Team to facilitate effective running of the bereavement and emotional support and counselling for the community and hospice.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy administrative role incorporating the need for accurate word processing, use of spreadsheets and databases as well as accurate record keeping, and experience in a role that required excellent communication with internal and external customers.

SUMMARY

Contracted hours: 20 hours per week

Working pattern: Tuesday - Friday – flexibility is required to meet the needs of clients, the role, Jersey Hospice Care and to attend events outside of normal working hours as required.  

Length of contract: 6 months
