✈️ People Administrator (Guernsey)

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a People Administrator to support our dynamic HR team in delivering an exceptional people experience across the business.

In this critical role, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations – managing payroll adjustments, benefits administration, HR data, compliance, and day-to-day admin support to the People Officer, Talent Officer, and Head of People and Culture.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll adjustments

  • Administer employee benefits – enrolments, updates, and terminations

  • Be the go-to person for employee queries on payroll and benefits

HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate HR records and systems

  • Create insightful reports and HR analytics for decision-making

  • Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and integrity

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and population/immigration regulations

  • Prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory compliance

  • Stay informed on legal changes and help keep policies and practices aligned

HR Admin & Support

  • Support HR colleagues with administrative tasks, meetings, and initiatives

  • Draft contracts, offer letters, and formal documentation

  • Help coordinate interviews, training sessions, and team events

  • Manage HR communications and ensure everything runs smoothly


🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • Strong organisational skills with laser-sharp attention to detail

  • HR system and software proficiency

  • Solid understanding of payroll and benefits processes

  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements

  • A confident communicator who can handle sensitive info with discretion

  • A team player with a can-do, proactive attitude

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous HR admin experience

  • Understanding of the airline or transport industry

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
