We are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing and Communications to elevate Osprey’s market presence and lead the strategic direction of our brand. This is a senior, high impact role responsible for strengthening Ospreys reputation, driving market positioning and enabling sustainable growth. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will define and deliver cohesive, organisation wide marketing and communications strategy that influences decision makers across priority sectors. You will ensure Ospreys capabilities, culture and achievements are communicated with clarity, consistency and ambition both internally and externally.  

 

What You’ll do

·         Elevate Osprey’s market presence and authority across priority sectors, ensuring the organisation is clearly positioned, highly trusted and consistently influential with key decision makers.

·         Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to identify high value growth markets and shape the strategic focus for the business

·         Lead the creation and delivery of an organisation wide communications and marketing strategy aligned to business and commercial objectives

·         Provide strategic communications advice to senior leaders, highlighting opportunities, risks and recommended messaging

·         Ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels and update the brand information to reflect recent achievements

·         Manage the marketing budget and make data driven recommendations to enhance performance and ROI

 

Skills & Experience

·         Experience working with Creatio or a similar CRM system

·         Strong strategic capability with the experience to identify market segments the represent sustainable growth opportunities

·         Track record of creating, implementing and optimising of organisation wide communications and marketing strategy

·         Experience providing strategic counsel to senior leaders, including navigating communications risks and opportunities

·         Exceptional content creation skills across case studies, thought leadership, video, photography and digital assets

·         Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data, insight and performance metrics to shape marketing activity and prioritise resources

·         Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, project driven environment
