Job Description

Title:

Installation Engineer

Reports to:

Hex Living Operations Team Leader

Job Purpose:

To support the manufacture, shipping, assembly, and installation of Hex Living products.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

  1. Ensure daily targets set by team leader are met.
  2. Ensure all quality standards are adhered to and improved where possible.
  3.  Ensure that any actual or perceived material or component shortages are reported to the Team Leader in time to prevent production shortfall or stoppage.

4.  Liaise with Team Leader on a day to day basis to ensure continuity of materials and components.

5. Take responsibility for housekeeping in your own, and your team’s area.

6.  Adherence to all company Health & Safety procedures.

  1. Take responsibility for all issued equipment, ensuring this is kept in good working order.
  2. Ensure all processes are followed during installation and assembly operations.
  3. Carry out site surveys before and after the completion of installations.
  4. Work with Team Leader to ensure target dates are hit in line with customer expectations.
  5. Responsible for Health and Safety requirements whilst working off site.
  6. Support sales requirements with overnight stays where required to maximise output and efficiencies.
