Aurigny Air Services is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as a Passenger Services Agent. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our passengers, from check-in to boarding.

As a Passenger Services Agent, you will assist with passenger check-in, manage customer inquiries, and maintain high standards of service and appearance. You will operate various station equipment, including computer systems, radios, and payment systems. Your responsibilities will also include handling mishandled or damaged baggage, managing special handling requests, and striving to meet deadlines to achieve on-time performance.

We are looking for an individual who is well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a flexible approach to working hours. While basic IT skills and customer service experience are desirable, your passion for providing outstanding service is what will set you apart.

Requirements:

Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle challenging situations promptly and efficiently.
A proactive attitude towards safety and the ability to raise safety reports.
Must pass a clear police check and provide references and a full five-year employment history to obtain an airside pass.
