Description

Ready to move from delivery into deals?

At Host Students and Habito CoLiving, we’re growing our third-party management portfolio and looking for a Business Development Manager to support that growth. This is a full-time London based/hybrid position typically working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. The salary is £40,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus.

This is a great opportunity for someone in PBSA, BTR, SFH or co-living who wants to step into a more commercial, deal-focused role.

What you’ll be doing:

·        Identify new opportunities across PBSA, co-living and the wider living sector

·        Appraise new schemes, including income and expenditure forecasting

·        Build relationships with developers, investors, and asset managers

·        Support tenders, pitches, and client presentations

·        Use data, AI tools, and BI insights to strengthen proposals and decision-making

·        Work closely with internal teams to deliver compelling, market-leading bids

What we’re looking for:

·        Experience in PBSA, BTR, co-living, or living real estate

·        Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·        Commercial awareness and proactive mindset

·        Confidence working with data and financial appraisals

·        Comfortable using AI tools and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

Why join us:

·        Exposure to live deals and high-profile clients

·        Work across both PBSA and a growing co-living platform

·        Clear progression opportunities as we scale

·        Collaborative, ambitious team environment

·        Opportunity to develop future-focused digital and analytical skills.
