The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our People & Culture Team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working with data and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately log hours and manage clocking queries
- Liaise with line managers and run clocking reports
- Calculate weekly hours and overtime
- Ensure absence and holiday records are correct
- Prepare payroll spreadsheets for monthly processing
- Support the People & Culture Officer with payroll-related issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a payroll role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
- Confident in data analysis and communication
