The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join the Health & Social Care and Early Years department at Stanmore College.

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care and Early Years programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including T Levels.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop learners’ professional knowledge, skills, and understanding of the sector.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.
  • Develop teaching materials and resources that support inclusive and effective learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.
  • Support students’ academic, personal, and career development.
