The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join the Health & Social Care and Early Years department at Stanmore College.

You will:

Deliver high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care and Early Years programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including T Levels.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop learners’ professional knowledge, skills, and understanding of the sector.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.
Develop teaching materials and resources that support inclusive and effective learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.
Support students’ academic, personal, and career development.
