What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face of the site – the first point of contact for students, visitors and potential residents. You’ll play a key role in creating an amazing living experience. Your role will include:

·       Building a thriving student community – organising exciting events, fostering friendships and creating a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.

·       Supporting site operations – assisting with key admin tasks, rent collection and compliance checks while always keeping the student experience at the heart of what we do.

·       Managing front-of-house operations – keeping reception running smoothly, greeting students and visitors warmly, and providing a helpful, professional service.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re after someone friendly, organised, and proactive. Ideally, you’ll have:

·       Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in property or hospitality.

·       Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming approach.

·       A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle student concerns.

·       An interest in events and community engagement.

·       A keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
