Stanmore College is looking for a Curriculum Manager – Maths to take charge of our GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, lead a fantastic team, and create an environment where students love learning. You’ll ensure excellence in teaching, inspire learners, and shape a curriculum that’s both practical and exciting.

Main Duties
• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths programmes.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the Maths teaching team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Monitor learner progress, outcomes, and engagement, implementing actions to drive improvement.
• Ensure curriculum and assessment practices are high-quality, compliant, and innovative.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to keep the Maths provision relevant, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals.
