Aurigny is looking for a proactive and detail-driven In-Flight Supplies Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional service to our passengers.
If you're someone who takes pride in cleanliness, logistics, and team leadership, and you're ready to ensure our aircraft are sparkling clean, fully stocked, and compliant with aviation regulations, then we want to hear from you!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
  • Lead from the front – Supervise and inspire cleaning and catering teams to meet the highest standards.
  • Keep it spotless – Ensure our fleet is immaculately maintained through routine and deep-cleaning programs.
  • Stock up & streamline – Monitor, manage, and maintain our duty-free and catering inventory and storage facilities.
  • Drive compliance – Enforce regulatory standards and company policies across all aspects of in-flight services.
  • Equip & empower – Make sure your team is trained, equipped, and motivated for success.
  • Audit & analyse – Conduct regular audits and monitor trends to improve performance.
  • Safety first – Promote a culture of safety, care, and accountability.
