Join Our Airport Team
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Passenger Services Agents to join our Ground Operations team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role at the heart of the airport operation, ensuring passengers and baggage are processed safely, efficiently, and on time.
This is a part time opportunity (25 hours a week) working on a shift rotation of 4 days on, 4 days off.

The Role
You will:
- Provide professional check-in and departure services, including use of DCS Check-in and Departure Control systems.
- Process passengers, baggage, and other payload through the terminal (inbound and outbound).
- Assist with boarding procedures and make clear, accurate passenger announcements.
- Operate station equipment including radios, telephone systems, payment systems, and computer systems.
- Collect excess baggage charges and assist with ticket payments where required.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and problems in a calm and professional manner.

Desirable Skills & Experience
