The Role: As a Stock Controller you will be responsible for ensuring the Inventory Control Process is being followed in all storage areas. You will be reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the Warehouse Protocols are being adhered to in all areas.
  • Maintaining accurate stock values on the ERP system.
  • Measuring ingredient yield through the manufacturing process.
  • Co-Ordinating End of Month stock counts.
  • Monitoring supply levels/usage figures and effectively communicating with Procurement.
  • Managing stock rotation and use by date monitoring.
  • Supporting the Intake team, to ensure goods are received in full, to spec and in satisfactory condition.
  • Ensuring that dispatch of products is fully met to company standards.
  • Ensure that our Total Storage Capacity is maintained within target and liaising with key stakeholders in each area.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience as a warehouse supervisor or inventory controller

Desirable Attributes

  • Proven experience within a fast-moving warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience using ERP software solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of MS office suite.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proven team player with history of collaboration across depts.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach.
