đź’Ľ What You'll Be Doing:
👥 Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
  • Manage conflicts, grievances, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide and coach managers on employee relations matters with sound, practical advice.
  • Ensure we meet legal and policy standards every step of the way.
đź“‹ Day-to-Day HR Operations
  • Keep the HR engine running smoothly — from accurate employee records to effective policy implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure seamless, high-quality HR service delivery.
🎉 Engagement & Culture
  • Turn great ideas into action — design and deliver initiatives that boost morale and drive engagement.
  • Champion a healthy work-life balance and help shape an environment where people love to work.
🤝 Supporting Managers & Employees
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping managers handle performance, development, and everyday people matters.
  • Be a friendly and approachable point of contact for all staff HR queries.
âś… What You Bring:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Solid HR experience, especially in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Confident knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and people skills — you know how to listen, guide, and influence.
  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Guernsey-specific employment law and regulations
