👥 Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

Manage conflicts, grievances, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Guide and coach managers on employee relations matters with sound, practical advice.

Ensure we meet legal and policy standards every step of the way.
đź“‹ Day-to-Day HR Operations

Keep the HR engine running smoothly — from accurate employee records to effective policy implementation.

Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure seamless, high-quality HR service delivery.

Turn great ideas into action — design and deliver initiatives that boost morale and drive engagement.

🤝 Supporting Managers & Employees

Act as a trusted advisor, helping managers handle performance, development, and everyday people matters.

Be a friendly and approachable point of contact for all staff HR queries.
âś… What You Bring:

CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Solid HR experience, especially in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Confident knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

Excellent communication and people skills — you know how to listen, guide, and influence.

Discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters.

Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Guernsey-specific employment law and regulations
