About the Role:
As our Sanctuaries Therapeutic Lead, you’ll take a leading role in shaping and delivering therapeutic care across our sanctuary services. Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll provide leadership, inspiration, and hands-on therapeutic support to individuals and groups. What You’ll Do:
• Deliver and oversee evidence-based therapeutic interventions that meet the needs of individuals in crisis.
• Develop and coordinate group programs and wellbeing resources to contribute to recovery and resilience.
• Lead and support a skilled team, offering supervision, training, and opportunities for growth.
• Work collaboratively with NHS and community partners to streamline pathways and provide joined-up care.
• Contribute to the development of a service that adapts and innovates to meet the needs of the local community.

This role is working 37.5 hours per week (Shift patterns between 10am and 11pm, including bank holidays and weekends) and is based across our Colchester and Clacton Sanctuaries, therefore being a car driver with the ability to travel throughout the local area is essential.
