The Role:

As Bakery Team Member you will contribute to all bakery manufacturing activities to include preparation and production of various bakery products.

You will also adhere to all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures to include all hygiene practices, company health and safety, product quality and product safety procedures.

Your Duties:

Assist and help in the preparation and production of products by company specifications and instructions in the time frame
Treat and process raw materials and ingredients (flour, oil, sugar, yeast, water etc)
Prepare & bake different dough and mixtures according to production recipes under baker supervision
Produce and apply decorations on bakery products under supervision
Get delivery date and ensure that documents comply with requests
Receive deliveries and verify that the delivered goods match weight and shapes mentioned in the catalogue
Assist and help in inventory taking and internal ordering
Provide services to meet a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage spillage, turnovers and inventory of stocks and goods
Clean machinery and equipment used in the bakery
Package and label bakery products
Maintain a neat and clean appearance with respect to food hygiene

Desired Criteria:

Work experience in a bakery or in food manufacturing.
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate verbally
Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Technical skills in preparation and handling of all kinds of bakery products
Ability to use large ovens
Flexible towards working hours
