We currently have the following opportunity to join the team at our Summit support warehouse, based in West Drayton.

Role & Responsibilities

The Inventory Technician will be responsible for a range of responsibilities focused on the accurate handling, processing, and tracking of inventory across multiple locations. This includes unloading and unpacking new deliveries, verifying stock against paperwork and cleaning and preparing equipment for branding. It also involves applying barcodes and RFID tags while ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the RT Pro system. The position requires attention to detail when managing stock transfers, loading vehicles safely and conducting cycle counts and physical inventory checks. The role also includes supporting teams, training staff on inventory processes and being available to travel on short notice to assist with the setup of new facilities, ensuring consistent global standards are maintained.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be organised with a high attention to detail and driven to maintain the highest standards of quality and service. They must be IT literate with the ability to learn and use in-house asset management systems. Experience of working in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines is essential. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to build strong working relationships both collaboratively or independently within a team. The candidate should also be flexible with working hours, including overtime and occasional weekends when required by the business.

What’s on offer

This is a full-time role based on a 40-hour working week, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.  We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn overtime.
