We’re looking for a Community Associate to support the lettings process, resident journey and community engagement at our Guildford Plaza development in Guildford. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping to create a welcoming and connected living environment. From leading property tours and guiding new residents through the move-in process to assisting with events, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving occupancy goals.

This is a part-time, on-site position, working 17.5 hours per week covering Monday-Friday 4:30-7pm and Saturday 10am-3pm with a salary of £12.40 per hour, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing.

In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face potential residents meet, guiding them through the lettings process and making sure they feel part of the Habito community. Your day-to-day will include:

·       Welcoming & assisting prospective residents – showcasing our spaces and making move-ins seamless.

·       Leading property tours – making sure potential residents see what makes Habito special.

·       Building strong relationships – being a friendly point of contact for inquiries.

·       Supporting lettings & marketing efforts – helping fill our spaces with the right people.

·       Organising community events – helping residents feel at home and connected.

·       Ensuring smooth move-ins & administration – keeping everything running like clockwork.

Who We’re Looking For.

We’re looking for a people person who thrives on building relationships and creating a sense of community. We need someone who:

·       Loves meeting people and helping them find their ideal living space.

·       Has excellent communication skills, both in person and digitally.

·       Is enthusiastic and approachable with a genuine desire to help others.

·       Is organised and proactive, with great attention to detail.

·       Has experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or a similar role (a bonus, but not essential).
