The Role

As a Sales and Customer Service Administrator for DELI LITES, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers.  You will be part of the team that is the front line of the business and you will have excellent knowledge about the products and services that Deli Lites provides. 

This is a role that you will see the positive impact of your work every day.  As a Sales and Customer Service Administrator your primary focus will be on providing an end-to-end customer service process that guarantees an efficient and consistent service from order generation to delivery.

Your Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and customer care.
  • Support the ordering process, with the use of customer service software, whereby the current production plan will be generated and communicated to all internal stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the customer service software.
  • Be able to address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build lasting relationships and find best solutions for our customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Have a good working knowledge of relevant products and services.
  • Be able to confidently sell and upsell products when the opportunity presents.
  • Be able to multitask and work under pressure to deadlines.
  • Liaise effectively with other departments relative to orders received, production scheduling, invoicing, quality control, and order delivery.
  • Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by Line Manager / Senior Leadership Team. 

 

Required Skills and Competencies

  • GCSE English & Maths A* to C
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Customer focused and can build trusting relationships.
  • Strong & Confident communicator.
  • Highly energetic, enthusiastic with positive 'can do' approach.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

  • Fluent in English and have up to date working visa.
