We are seeking a RGN Nurse to join our Health and Wellbeing Centre at Bradfield College in September 2026.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our pupils, providing a high standard of nursing care, and supporting the wider pastoral and safeguarding framework of the College.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day medical needs of boarding and day pupils, offering clinical care, health advice, and emergency response when required. Working closely with boarding house staff, parents, and external medical professionals, you will ensure a holistic approach to pupil wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be on a rota consisting of a combination of early and late day shifts, including occasional Saturdays, weekday and weekend on-calls, and night shifts. Saturdays and on calls are paid in addition to contracted hours.
