Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Quality assurance manager to join our growing team, to ensure our high-quality standards are delivered every day. Working with stakeholders across the business to implement quality policies and coach on their day-to-day use.

Responsibilities for a Quality Assurance Manager:  

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) across all projects. 
  • Drive process efficiency through technology and software solutions. 
  • Provide training and support to project teams, ensuring quality awareness and engagement. 
  • Monitor and report on company-wide quality performance using clear KPIs. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed quality standards throughout the business. 
  • Oversee the business quality plan, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards. 
  • Conduct internal/external audits, manage non-conformities, and implement corrective actions. 
  • Champion continual improvement, innovation, and effective resolution of quality-related issues.

 

Requirements for a Quality Assurance Manager:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (or equivalent) with quality-related qualifications. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance/management, ideally within engineering or construction. 
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing, inspections, and engineering standards. 
  • Experience in service provision as well as product delivery. 
  • Proficient in ISO and industry quality standards. 
  • Demonstrated leadership, with analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities. 
  • Strong IT proficiency and numerical analysis skills. 
  • Dynamic, self-motivated leader with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. 
  • Ability to take ownership of the quality function and drive the ‘Quality Approach’ across the business.
