As a Passenger Services Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers. Working under the guidance of Duty Managers and Front of House Supervisors, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service from check-in to boarding. This is a zero hours contract.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Passenger Check-In & Boarding Assistance: Be the first friendly face passengers see, ensuring a smooth check-in process and timely boarding.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize a variety of systems, including DCS Check-in, Departure Control, radio, phone, and payment systems to ensure operations run seamlessly.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide helpful, professional, and empathetic assistance with all customer inquiries, complaints, and special handling requests.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe and legal manner in line with company procedures.
  • Baggage Handling: Manage mishandled or damaged baggage and assist with excess baggage charges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other carriers and airport authorities to ensure operations run smoothly.
