Job Title: Warehousing Tutor
Location: Remote, UK
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Warehousing Tutor to join our amazing team at The B2W Group! This role will focus on teaching our Warehousing provision in our Pre-Employment Training department.

The main role of the Warehousing Tutor is to provide expert teaching and learning across the pre-employment adult learning provision, with the primary focus of ensuring the candidate has the highest quality skills to deliver effective teaching to our learners. The role would also involve working with the Head of Pre-Employment Training and the Quality teams to develop and deliver the highest level of quality for learners.

Main Responsibilities
• Delivering online training to groups learners working towards an accredited qualification, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of learners through initial assessment and supporting them accordingly.
• Motivating learners to realise their full potential through flexible delivery methods within an online setting, following TLA plans but adapting them to make them your own, and delivering encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.
• Support learners in improving their everyday English, Maths and ICT skills, as well as a focus on delivering excellent communication and improving confidence with their demeanour over the phone.

The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industrial/commercial experience, as well as prior experience in delivering appropriate training.
• PGCE/CertEd/QTS or L4 teaching qualification, as well as qualifications in Warehousing and Maths & English GCSEs.
• Able to do occasional classroom delivery within local area.
