Your Role:

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

  • Plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
  • Encourage creativity and curiosity through interactive activities
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care
  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team to provide high-quality early childhood education

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent DCYA-approved qualification) for Early Years Educators
  • A passion for working in childcare and creating meaningful learning experiences
  • Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
  • Creativity, patience, and a commitment to making learning fun
  • FAR certification is an advantage, but training can be provided
