Type: Full-time | Permanent

We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team and play a crucial role in supporting the financial heartbeat of our airline.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Financial Accountant, you’ll take ownership of core financial processes across:

  • Accounts Payable, Receivable & Billing
  • General Ledger & Cashbook Management
  • Inventory Accounting & Revenue Recognition

You’ll be responsible for:

✅ Ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and performing reconciliations
✅ Authorising bank payments and managing cashbook processes
✅ Leading the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
✅ Supporting and mentoring trainee accountants
✅ Coordinating internal and external audits
✅ Maintaining compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
✅ Identifying opportunities to enhance accounting systems and workflows

From month-end close to process improvement, you’ll be a key player in helping us meet financial reporting timelines and uphold high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who is more than just technically strong. We're after a problem solver, a process improver, and a team player with:

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle accounting to audited financial statements
  • Proficiency in SAGE (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Office
  • Sound knowledge of financial accounting techniques and best practices
  • An analytical mindset and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support junior staff
