  • Manage sales within CAM practitioner and wholesaler accounts while proactively identifying new opportunities to expand product distribution.
  • Explore market trends within NHS, private practice, and CAM sectors to identify opportunities for product endorsements and increased clinical visibility.

Clinical Support and Development:

  • Identify and implement projects that integrate Optibac Probiotics into NHS, private practice, and CAM environments, creating tailored training programs and awareness initiatives to enhance adoption in clinical settings.
  • Collaborate on developing scientific educational resources to enhance product understanding and promote evidence-based usage within the healthcare community.

Training & Education:

  • Support the delivery of training sessions, webinars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals, with a focus on scientific accuracy and relevance.
  • Represent Optibac at healthcare events, including conferences and trade shows, with occasional weekend support.
  • Explore new educational partnerships with healthcare organizations, functional medicine clinics, and digital platforms to increase product awareness and recommendations.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare influencers to further strengthen Optibac’s visibility within the NHS, private practice, and CAM sectors.

Desirable Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver scientific content clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to the brand’s growth and success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant qualification in nutrition, dietetics, pharmacy, or complementary health.
  • Experience with the healthcare industry, ideally within NHS, private healthcare, or CAM settings.
  • Experience in educational outreach and ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific information using clear and engaging language, ensuring complex concepts are accessible to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical professionals and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness, business insight, and a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging opportunities within the healthcare sector.
