We're looking for exceptional Senior Cabin Crew to lead our in-flight teams and help shape the onboard experience from the front.

✈️ The Role:

As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you’ll take command of the cabin — ensuring safety, service excellence, and crew coordination are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll lead by example, creating a calm, courteous, and first-class atmosphere for our passengers, while guiding your team to perform at their very best.

 

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and enforce Aurigny’s highest standards of safety, first aid, security, and customer service

  • Lead thorough pre-flight briefings, ensuring all cabin crew are informed, prepared, and uniform-compliant

  • Monitor and manage all in-flight service delivery, making real-time decisions to maintain a seamless passenger experience

  • Liaise closely with flight crew to ensure effective and professional communication at all times

  • Maintain onboard discipline and compliance with procedures for both crew and passengers

  • Take ownership of catering, equipment, and cabin presentation standards

  • Provide constructive feedback to management to enhance the onboard product and crew performance

  • Motivate and mentor junior crew, fostering teamwork and service pride

  • Uphold the professional image of Aurigny at all times, whether in the air or on the ground

  • Previous experience as Cabin Crew, ideally with leadership responsibilities
