Role Overview:

As a Regional Manager, you will provide professional leadership and management to the creche managers in your assigned region. You will offer support, guidance, and expertise to enable them to deliver the highest standards of care and education, in line with all relevant childcare guidelines and regulations.

The Regional Manager will oversee operations across multiple centres, ensuring that creche managers succeed in the day-to-day operations, including compliance with regulatory activities, financial management, and staff development. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all creches in your region provide safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership and strategic guidance to the managers in your region
  • Ensure full compliance with childcare regulations and Little Harvard policies
  • Support creche managers with operational and financial oversight, staffing, and people management
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence in childcare delivery
  • Regularly review and assess each creche’s performance to ensure standards are met
  • Encourage Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for all staff and provide on-site training opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents, and local communities
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to implement company-wide initiatives and improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in childcare management is essential for this role
  • A deep understanding of childcare regulations and TUSLA requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a multi-site environment
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
