Technical Support Assistant

  • Part-time 27.5 hours (7am to 12.30pm UK)
  • Temporary (initially 9-months)
  • Remote-working from the UK (southwest region preferably)

About the Role

The successful candidate will work in our Business Development & Innovation Department and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the following:

  • Provide first-line technical assistance to clients via Teams, email, CRM ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot software issues, guiding clients through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate/triage more complex technical issues to the development team as needed following established escalation procedures
  •  Document support interactions accurately in the CRM ensuring resolution details are clear and up to date
  •  Collaborate with other departments to identify recurring technical problems and their resolutions
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, tools and support practices relevant to the company’s infrastructure and services

What you’ll bring –   

  • 1-year experience of working within the support environment preferre
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinker and able to work methodically through a problem to find a solution
  • Willing to learn and progress
  • Great interpersonal skills, always putting the client first
  • Loves independent and team-working, has bags of initiative, and a great attitude!

Salary: £17,500 per annum

Interview process
