Location: working across both sites in Harrogate and Thirsk.
Salary: £12.82 per hour

About the role
Are you a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie looking for flexible work in a rewarding environment? We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie on a bank contract to join our catering team, supporting patient needs and delivering high-quality meals to our patients and their families. This role will be between Crimple House in Harrogate and The Lambert in Thirsk.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in providing nutritious, restaurant-standard meals within a professional healthcare setting. You will work collaboratively with the wider catering team while also being confident working independently to ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting patient dietary and nutritional needs
- Preparing and delivering high-quality meals for patients and families
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards
- Working effectively both within a team and independently
- Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment
About You:
- NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Catering, Food Preparation, or similar
- Food Hygiene Certification
- Experience working in a professional kitchen, with the ability to produce food to a restaurant standard
- Warm, personable approach with a genuine passion for supporting patients
- Positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
This is a bank position, ideal for someone looking to balance work around other commitments while making a meaningful difference in a healthcare setting.
