The Role – Relief Care Worker

As a Relief Care Worker, you’ll step in to support our teams when needed, ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care and companionship.

You’ll:

  • Work alongside a supportive house team led by a House Coordinator/Manager.

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

  • Assist with daily activities, outings, and health appointments.

  • Help with personal care, cooking, and general household tasks.

  • Promote dignity, choice, and inclusion in every aspect of care.

Flexible shifts are available throughout the week (Monday–Sunday), including day, evening, and weekend options – perfect for those seeking work-life balance.
